Easter is our favorite time of year. From the pastel hues, to the blooming flowers, to the warmer (hopefully) weather and the hope of warmth and celebrations with family and friends in the air- it is truly one of the sweetest times of year. Easter marks the start of all things light and airy, vibrant and colorful, warm - and loving and it is without a doubt one of the sweetest times of the year.
With spring in the air and Easter around the corner, we want to help you set the perfect tone for a sweet celebrations. Here are some tips for hosting the perfect Easter gathering with family and friends. Hope you enjoy!
1. Set your theme + send out invitations
There is nothing better than setting the tone for your guests- this helps them decide on their outfit for the event and what to expect from the overall vibe. Also, what is more special than getting actual mail?- there is something so touching and so personal about that. Skip the evites and create an experience for your guests. It will bring a little joy to their day and make life seem sweeter - you will be happy you did it!
2. Pick your blooms 
A sweet little touch are delicate, pastel or neutral flowers and centerpieces that will add a little color to your table. Personally, I love to to stick to more muted colors and add them to each person's setting so they can take them home after the gathering. This is just another way to bring a little joy to your guests even after they get home from the event.
3. Personalize a message or add place cards
We swoon over a heartfelt message or personalized place cards. We normally work with Angela at truly.madly.ink. here in Los Angeles for all of our events. She does on-site personalization, but can also create something so sweet and delicate as these place cards for guests to find their seat. We love sending guests home with their names beautifully written on just about anything. Stick to something light and airy for Easter/Spring. 4. Set your table

When I show up to an event and I see the effort put in with the decor and table, it makes me feel SO good. Like, "this is an experience!".
